By dedicating full time staff members to developing sustainable governance goals, we foster diversity and equity in an inclusive community, where all students and faculty can participate in a governance body. Below are some highlights of our efforts within Planning & Administration.
- Our efforts to address multiculturalism issues, gender equity, diversity, and student support are lead by the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA), Women’s Center, LGBTQIA Programs and Outreach, Council for Equity and Community (CEC), and the Office of First-Year Experience (OFYE).
- In 2010, Lehigh received an NSF ADVANCE Institutional Transformation Grant with the proposal “Building Community Beyond Academic Departments.”
- We foster inclusion, diversity and equity, and we rely on our offices and projects to positively transform the campus culture.
