On April 22nd (Earth Day!) at 4:30 PM the Urban Planning Club will be hosting a community group bike ride, led by the Coalition for Appropriate Transportation (CAT). The ride will be about 4 miles with 177 feet of total elevation, so all skill levels of riders are welcome. We will bike along the Greenway and neighborhood streets, and the ride will be led by trained ride leaders, so don't be worried if you've never biked much before. Participants can either bring their own bike or use a Lehigh BikeShare bike, and helmets can be provided if needed. This will be a great opportunity to practice biking in a safe environment, and spend some time outside. We will meet by the covered bike rack in between Farrington and FML and should be back by 5:30.
The ride is open to students, faculty, staff, and the general public.
