Lehigh is a dynamic and vibrant place both inside and outside the classroom environment.  We welcome faculty, staff, students, alumni, and the community to participate in our sustainability events and programs - attend a groundbreaking documentary, stop by the annual Earth Day Fair, volunteer for a community cleanup, listen to renowned speakers, learn about the accomplishments of our alumni, and cheer for the Mountain Hawks at the Game Day Challenge recycling competition football game.

Lehigh’s child care center, Bright Horizons at Lehigh, has now been recognized by the Children's Environmental Health Network as an Eco-Healthy Child Care® facility. Eco-Healthy Child Care® (EHCC) is a national program that partners with child care professionals to eliminate environmental health hazards found in or around child care facilities. These hazards can adversely impact children’s health.
