Public Transportation - Car Free Day

• If one commuter switched to public transit, they could reduce daily carbon emissions by 20 pounds, or more than 4,800 pounds in a year.

• Commuters who use public transportation get more than three times the amount of physical activity per day as a result of walking to stops and final destinations 

• The LANTA Bus provides public transportation for the Lehigh Valley with routes in Bethlehem, Easton, Allentown, and more. 

• Lehigh has a variety of NEW bus routes that provide frequent stops around campus. Effective immediately, the following routes will be in service:

• Campus Connector (Green Route) - Covers Saucon Village, Goodman Campus, Mountaintop Campus, and Asa Packer Campus - Service times 7:30 am to 10:50 pm. This route replaces the weekday Saucon Village Route.

• Mountaintop Express (Blue Route) - Express service between the Asa Packer Campus and the Mountaintop Campus - Service Times 7:30 am to 5:50 pm. This route replaces the weekday Mountaintop Campus Route.

• Packer Express (Brown Route) - Express service for the Asa Packer Campus ONLY. It has a twelve (12) minute loop. Service times 8:10 am to 6:50 pm.

• TRACS (Red Route) - TRACS will continue to operate as normally scheduled.
